I have an old fashioned Nokia ‘phone and went in to the Gloucester Road Phone Shop and saw Zak. He could not have been more helpful and went out of his way to sort my ‘phone. Several customers came in whilst I was there and if he is unable to help, he doesn’t just leave it at that but gives advice. I was very impressed (and the ‘phone repair was cheap too!) I would recommend trying this shop first – you don’t get this sort of customer service often these days!
